Technical recruiters search for, screen, and then forward promising candidates to be hired for technology positions. This role is industry-specific and you will not be able to easily transfer from one industry to the next as the technology in each industry differs. You will also need to have an in-depth understanding of the industry you are operating in and the technologies they use. This position, therefore, prefers a recruiter that has some educational background in the industry they are operating in, or a lot of experience in that industry.
