A recruiter is responsible for seeking out and vetting needed candidates that would enrich and elevate a company and its performance. Once you have a good understanding of what your employer needs in a candidate, your tasks will include posting job posts, networking to connect with candidates, looking at resumes, interviewing, checking references, and participating in the onboarding process of successful candidates.
Having an educational background in human resources or a similar field is highly beneficial, as is significant experience as a recruiter or experience in the human resources department.
