The role of a quality control inspector is to evaluate products to ensure they’re following quality standards. They adjust processes in the manufacturing phase, modify assembly techniques, inspect materials, and provide recommendations to other quality control team members.
To become a quality control inspector, you must have a GED or high school diploma. Having an associate degree or on-the-job training might increase your chances of getting a job, but it’s not a requirement in most companies.
