All scrum masters can be project managers, but not all project managers are Scrum Masters. A project manager who is a scrum master is knowledgeable and certified in Scrum project management methodology. Some scrum methodology includes having short daily meetings, and short work cycles known as ‘sprints’. You must be certified in Agile and more specifically scrum and must have experience using this methodology.
