A Scrum Master is in charge of a team and ensures they complete projects and work in line with Scrum principles. Your tasks may include leading team meetings and coaching your team, problem-solving for your team, ensuring cohesion and good communication within your team, etc. Your program manager responsibilities might include setting budgets, managing risk, and ensuring all team members properly understand the project goals and the part they play in accomplishing them.
