An insurance case manager takes care of the insurance company’s clients. They help clients decide on the most beneficial policies and ensure clients can benefit from their insurance policies. They also oversee any claims and cases. This is not usually an entry-level position as professionals in this position will usually have begun as insurance agents or advisors.
