Civil project engineers work in large constructions by designing and managing operations. They work either in the office or on-site orchestrating construction procedures on roads, airports, pipelines, etc. You must have a deep understanding of technical operations, team management, and safety procedures.
Since you’ll work with the project's structure, you must have design skills and be proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software. You should also be able to review maps and blueprints.
